CHARACTERISTICS OF OUR WALLPAPERS
What is the texture of wallpaper?
Our wallpapers are printed on high-quality, smooth, washable matte non-woven wallpaper. Depending on the model and the paper finish you choose, the material can be smooth or slightly textured. If you have any special requirements regarding the material, please contact us by e-mail or order a sample. As a specialist in made-to-measure wallpaper, we always have a solution for your project. Here are just a few examples of the types of wallpaper we can supply: fire-resistant wallpaper, wallpaper or tapestry for hotels and restaurants, fabric wallpaper (there are many choices).
Will the pattern fit my wall? What is made-to-measure wallpaper?
We specialize in custom-made wallpaper. We design your wallpaper according to the dimensions of your wall, and adapt the motif so that it is perfectly positioned on your surface. In the case of a narrow wall, the pattern can be truncated to maintain the correct proportions of the visual and preserve a bespoke visual rendering. Thanks to our customization tool, you can select the desired framing according to your dimensions.
Will my wallpaper look the same as the photos on the site?
Our wallpapers are staged and calibrated as close as possible to reality, so that you can project yourself into your room.
Nevertheless, you may observe a slight variation in color depending on the calibration of your screen and the type of lighting in your room (white, yellow, orange...).
What's more, photos viewed on a screen are in RGB, where green and blue are intense, and will fade when printed (in CMYK). This is a consequence of the four-color printing process. The best way to be sure of the paper's rendering is to order a sample.
Note that colors on a computer screen will always appear brighter and more vivid than on paper. If in doubt, please contact us.
Will my wallpaper be as bright as my computer screen or smartphone?
Our screens have a backlight that tends to make images brighter than they really are. Once printed, your wallpaper will be illuminated by indirect light (sunlight or light bulb). The rendering will therefore be a little softer than on your screens. Remember to take into account the shade of your bulbs: warm bulbs contain more yellow than blue, and will tend to enhance the warm tones of your wallpaper. Conversely, cool bulbs tend to neutralize warm colors. We therefore advise you to choose neutral lighting (around 4000 Kelvin).
I would like to receive a wallpaper sample. Is this possible?
Wallpaper samples in A4 format are available to order, so that you can check the material, design rendering and colors. Please visit our "Order a sample" page at the bottom of our website.
HANGING YOUR WALLPAPER
Panoramic wallpaper is very easy to install. We recommend that you download the installation guide for the type of paper you order. The easiest wallpaper to hang is pre-pasted, with a thin layer of glue on the back of the paper. To activate it, simply spray with water and stick directly onto your wall decor.
Can I install panoramic wallpaper myself? Or should I call in a professional wallpaper fitter?
Whether you're a beginner, experienced or professional, anyone can hang our wallpaper. The quality of our wallpaper is such that you can handle it without fear of tearing it. In any case, we recommend that you read our installation guide before hanging your wallpaper. You can also consult our network of installers, available at the bottom of our website, in the "Find an installer near you" section.
How do I install wallpaper?
To guide you through the installation of your made-to-measure non-woven wallpaper, you can find our installation guide in the footer of your order confirmation, and on all our product pages. You'll also find an installation guide enclosed with your order in your parcel. You can also find installation videos on our Youtube and Instagram accounts. Please note: two installation guides are available on our website, depending on the wallpaper finish you have ordered.

Can wallpaper be used in damp rooms?
Our non-woven wallpapers with VINYLE PRO finish are specially designed for use in bathrooms, toilets and kitchens. This finish ensures that your wallpaper will last longer. The vinyl coating protects the inks from humidity.
Please note that all our wallpaper finishes must not be in direct contact with water.
On what surface can I hang wallpaper?
Your wallpaper should be laid on a smooth surface. Don't hesitate to sand the surface to ensure a smooth finish. You can hang your wallpaper on plaster, melamine and cupboard doors.
We advise against wallpapering on the following surfaces: any type of raised surface, roughcast, plastic, glass, Plexiglas, tiles, raised fiberglass.

SPECIAL WALL AND CUSTOMIZATION
All our wallpapers are made-to-measure. Because every project is unique, we're committed to offering you a wallpaper customized to the dimensions of your wall. So, whatever the size of your wall, our team will create a harmonious, pleasing finish for your interior.
My wall has technical constraints (attic, door, great length + 8 meters, staircase, etc.). What can I do?
Our wallpapers can be adapted to the different constraints your wall may have. Our made-to-measure approach allows us to realize any project.
Is your wall atypical, or does the framing selection not suit you? Order by selecting our graphic adaptation service, for a personalized, made-to-measure rendering.
Not sure what size to order, given your wall's configuration and specific features? Then contact us by e-mail at contact@muralconcept.fr , sending us a sketch of your wall (with all dimensions) and the wallpaper model you've chosen. We can then discuss the feasibility of your project together, and send you a quotation. Our team is at your service to create the wallpaper of your dreams.
I've seen a wallpaper, and I'd like to change some elements. Is this possible?
Our wallpapers are made-to-measure, and can be customized if the "Buy a graphic service" option is selected. We invite you to choose the personalization option when placing your order, and then we invite you to contact us by e-mail, specifying the elements you wish to modify, for example: "I'd like to remove the birds, the animals. I'd like a blue color instead of green." We'll send you a visual for printing approval.
I'm a professional and I'd like to print my own visual. Is this possible?
Do you have a special printing request? No problem, we can print your own graphic, visual, photo or pattern. Just send us your request by e-mail to contact@muralconcept.fr with your print file, desired dimensions and your delivery + invoicing details. Our design team will check the quality of your file, and we'll send you a quote.
YOUR ORDER
I can't access my customer account. Is this normal?
If you can't log in to your customer account, it's because you didn't check the "Create customer account" box when you placed your order. Don't worry, you'll find your order confirmation by e-mail, and you'll be notified by the carrier as soon as your parcel is on its way.
How do I get my invoice?
Your invoice in PDF format is attached to the order confirmation e-mail via a clickable link. If you can't find your invoice, please contact us by e-mail at contact@muralconcept.fr. We'll be happy to resend your invoice.
Why haven't I received an order confirmation?
Your order confirmation will be sent to you by e-mail only if you have entered your e-mail address when placing your order. If you have not entered your e-mail address, a confirmation SMS will be sent to you. If you have entered your e-mail address: remember to check your spam folder, as the order confirmation e-mail may have fallen into your junk folder. If you can't find the e-mail, don't hesitate to ask us at contact@muralconcept.fr.
I only received one wallpaper, where is the rest of my order?
Don't worry, your wallpapers are shipped in several packages, depending on their volume, to preserve their perfect condition. Your parcels may leave the workshop a day apart, or the carrier may have delayed delivery of a parcel. In general, additional orders arrive within 48 hours.
I have just placed an order but I made a mistake in the dimensions? What should I do?
As long as your order has not been sent to print, we can rectify your dimensions. We therefore invite you to contact us immediately by telephone or e-mail, in order to modify your dimensions. Please note: if your wallpaper is already being printed, we will not be able to modify or cancel your order.
How do I place an order?
To place your order, simply enter the exact dimensions of your wall, add the product to your basket and checkout.
We invite you to enter the exact dimensions of your wall, as we automatically add a 5cm margin in width and height.

DELIVERY & RETURNS
What are the delivery times?
Our wallpapers are made-to-measure, which means they take time to design and manufacture. In mainland France, our non-woven wallpapers are received within an average of 10 to 15 working days.
Depending on location, our wallpapers are shipped using the following transport services: Colissimo, Chronopost, DPD or DHL.
We also deliver abroad and worldwide. Delivery costs are automatically updated on our website. Delivery times vary according to the country of delivery and customs processing.
My delivery has not been made. What should I do?
If your wallpaper has not arrived by the deadline, please log in to your Muralconcept account to track the progress of your order. There may be a slight delay in processing your order, depending on the time of year.
In any case, a delivery notification will be sent to you by e-mail as soon as your order is handed over to the carrier. It is possible that this notification may arrive in your spam folder.
My parcel is damaged, an item is faulty, what should I do?
It is essential to check the condition of the parcel in the presence of the delivery person. If you find that the parcel is in poor condition and compromises the condition of the goods, you must take a photo of the parcel, refuse it and send us your complaint by e-mail. This will make it easier to contact the carrier to obtain a refund.
If you notice a defective product, it is essential to send us a photo of the box and the product by e-mail to contact@muralconcept.fr.
All claims must be made before the product is installed. We remind you that once the product has been installed, you accept it as is. It is essential to check your wallpaper before installing it to avoid any problems and to judge the product as it is. We will not be able to respond favorably to a complaint concerning wallpaper handled by a third party. Wallpaper is subject to modification during installation.
I only received one wallpaper out of my entire order. Is this normal?

How do I return a product?
Our wallpapers are made-to-measure, to the size of your order. They are therefore personalized products. Customized products (made-to-measure wallpaper) cannot be returned. As the order is made to the dimensions of your wall, the wallpaper cannot be resold to a third party. The right of withdrawal does not apply to this type of product, in accordance with article L.121-21-8 of the French Consumer Code.
Before placing your order, we invite you to take all the necessary steps (choice of model, dimensions, colors, sample purchase) to ensure that the wallpaper you receive meets your expectations.
Will my wallpaper be damaged in transit?
Once your wallpaper has been custom-printed, it is cut into equal strips and carefully packed in a rigid cardboard box. This protects it during transport. However, there is no such thing as 0 risk when it comes to transport. If your parcel arrives damaged, please take a photo of it, refuse to accept it from the carrier and send us your complaint. It is essential to check the condition of the wallpaper inside the box before signing the delivery note. Without your observations, we will not be able to file a claim with the carrier.

At present, we don't have a showroom to welcome you and present our products. We will soon be able to welcome you by appointment in Annecy.
Our products are only available online. To help you make up your mind, we sell A4 size samples of our wallpapers, so that you can judge the quality of our products and see for yourself the printing colors.
